If it were possible I'd rate Toyz Autohouse 10/5 stars. I experienced sterling quality service from the entire team from the sales lady Penny, Candice at F&I to the owner Trevor. Even after circumstances tested their patience, I got nothing less than 10/10 customer service. I dare anyone to prove me wrong.....this dealership sells an experience......the car is just the cherry on top.

This was my first dealing with Toyz Autohouse, Umhlanga and I was assisted by Trevor and Matt. I only took delivery this morning, Feb 20th 2026. From the time of my first viewing till this morning I only had the best service from these two gentlemen. They acted in the best professional manner, answered all my queries with honesty and processed the deal within a short time and smoothly. Whilst I have not driven the car around yet, only collected this morning I can say with confidence judging by the treatment I received that I will not have any problems going forward. I have a good sense this relationship will be for a very long time or there will be more deals in the future. To Trevor and Matt, a very sincere thank you.

Ridez Autohouse is good and honest, I had a very pleasant and stress free experience. I have nothing but good things to say about the dealership. An absolutely awesome experience working with Trevor and the family of Toyz. A truly seamless transaction and I was made to feel very much at home (part of the family!). The vehicle was ready for me to collect, big ribbon, cap, lovely Congratulations picture and the bubbly to celebrate. The car was clean and ready to go and Trevor even made sure the vehicle was filled up ready for my journed back to Gauteng. Thank you Trevor and family for this exemplary attention to detail and most kind assistance, even down to assisting with the insurance and all paperwork being ready and in place. The car drove wonderfully home and it was such a pleasure to sit in that luxury and comfort. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for an amazingly accomodating and supportive team to buy a vehicle through, then Toyz is the one to go to. The after sale service is also one of a kind. Trevor even called me to see that I was home safe and he has followed up to check that I am happy with the vehicle, which I most definitely am. I spotted a motor vehicle I really liked on Autotrader, and on a Saturday morning, on a whim, I decided to go and view it. Since we live more than an hour away from Umhlanga Toyz Autohouse, I phoned ahead to confirm that the car was still available. I spoke to Penny and Brendon, and off we went.
When we arrived, Penny was already waiting to welcome us in. I was super impressed with the service we received — from the test drive, to the quick finance arrangement, right through to taking ownership of the vehicle. Everything happened so smoothly and efficiently. Within days, the new number plates were couriered straight to me.
